Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level III to join our team in the Northern Virginia area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for user adoption and new user identification for Social Media scrapping tools

* Work with the vendor to administer licenses and user accounts

* Develop use cases and best practices for the mission set in a particular group

* Work with users to capture feedback and new requirements

* Conduct user outreach and engagement

* Facilitate Webinars, one on one training and in person group training with the vendors

* Develop user engagement strategy

* Obtain user metrics through admin rights or with the vendors

* Work as part of an Open Source analysis team

* Willingness to travel to various US locations up to 25-30% of the time

Requirements

* Proven working experience with social media tools in an operational environment

* Working knowledge of social media presence on various platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and others

* Understanding of Darkweb tools

* Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills

* Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

* In depth Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) experience a plus

Security Requirements:

* United States Citizenship and an active Secret level clearance; or the ability to obtain a Secret level clearance with the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) suitability is required.

This position will require the ability to travel 25-30% of the time.

Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, Human Resources Development, and Psychology or other related disciplines and eight to ten years of experience or Master's degree and six to eight years of related experience or PhD and four to six years of related experience.
