:Transaction Coordinating
:Contract writing and document filing
:Manage digital business listings online
:Maintain database and data entry
:Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
:Coordinate contract to close for Realtors
:Coordinate listings
:Manage marketing campaigns
:Social media manager
:Create and maintain home searches in the MLS
:Write compelling listing descriptions
:Proofread and correct typos
:Compliance management
:HR tasks
:Anything Administrative
:Director of first impressions
:Receptionist duties
:Organize and document our meetings
:Schedule home showings for realtors and showing assistants
:Manage other team members sick days, time off, PTO and vacation
:Some accounting work and potentially bookkeeping responsibilities
:Write and send out mail and thank you cards
:Manage and maintain CEOs email and calendar
:Previous experience in real estate is a plus
:Ability to work at the office
:Excellent written communication skills
:Strong verbal communication
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Social media presence and understanding
:Technology Savvy

:Consistently able to meet and exceed deadlines
