The selected candidate will provide IT technical support to Northrop Grumman Executives. Responsibilities will include participating in teams and activities, such as voice and data move/add/change activity; administrative and operational support for executive desktop, cell/smart phone, tablet, multi-media/VTC support, and executive travel support.

Incumbent independently determines and develops approaches to solve executive IT issues and recommends improvements to enhance the executive’s IT experience and functionality. The employee will frequently need to explain complex problems and solutions in terms understandable by not-IT individuals.

This position supports a 24/7 environment and will require "on-call" work, after hours and weekends, as applicable. Support will be out of the three major sites: McLean, Falls Church, and Herndon. The Support Tech will need to have flexibility to work one or more of these sites as required.
