ExecOnline partners with elite business schools (Columbia, Berkeley-Haas, MIT Sloan, Wharton, and Yale) and their award-winning faculty to bring high-level executive development programs to the e-learning space.
The Director, School Partnerships is responsible for expanding our business school partnerships at top universities. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage our partnerships with top university s Executive Education departments to generate new business school relationships and expand existing business school partnerships. You will work closely with our Chief Program Officer to create new courses and revenue streams within these universities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with ExecOnline s Senior Leadership Team to strategize and execute on plans to augment school partner base, resulting in new programs
Work with the Executive Education departments at our partner universities to drive new partnerships and a pipeline of prospects to increase revenue stream
Manage the successful launches of new partnerships, product offerings, and implementation of academic programs and services within our platform
Identify and evaluate new and sometimes ambiguous opportunities for growth and improvement within existing partnerships
Manage meaningful relationships and create actionable insights with existing school partners through in-person and web-based outreach to ensure strong university partner satisfaction, driving successful program results
Ensure the highest levels of university partner satisfaction by establishing trust based relationships and working to ensure that all company deliverables are met with the highest quality
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree is required; Master s degree (or equivalent professional experience) is preferred
10+ years of prior experience in account management, business development or customer success in the higher education space with proven results
Strong client services experience
Experience developing strong and trusted relationships with university personnel and professors preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent project management, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Creative, entrepreneurial, and strategic mindset with the ability to forge strong relationships, identify new buying centers, and escalate potential challenges appropriately to quickly and seamlessly find solutions
50% travel is required
