Millennium Engineering and Integration Company is looking for IT Systems Engineers/ Systems Integrators to support a Federal Government organization.

Opportunities range from entry level to Subject Matter Experts (SME).

The Systems Engineer performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation of requirements and technical designs, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. The Systems Engineer analyzes and defines user requirements, procedures and problems. The Systems Engineer designs system solutions and specifications that incorporate software, data, network, and hardware requirements. The Systems Engineer develops solutions for the full system life-cycle from concept to disposal. The Systems Engineer validates system designs that are compatible with agency architecture. The Systems Engineer identifies and evaluates the relevancy of COTS and GOTS products to satisfy user, mission and system needs. The Systems Engineer manages user and mission requirements ensuring accurate documentation, thorough evaluation and complete traceability from inception through closure.



Ranging from an entry level to SME. Entry level candidates has 0 to 3 years experience in a relevant field to the requirement. This level applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Work performed under supervision. This category will primarily be leveraged to staff recent college graduates. A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Subject Matter Experts has 15 or more years of experience in specific experience/education qualifications and are typically identified as recognized industry leaders for a given area of expertise. Subject Matter Experts typically perform the following kinds of functions: Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a projects inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; Provides strategic and technical guidance to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for mission-related challenges and/or issues; Consults with stakeholders to define need or problem; and supervises/leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions to mission needs.

Preferred Experience

* Enterprise level IT Systems work, DoD IT experience, IA and Cyber Security

* SETA Support, DAWIA/INCOSE/PMP Certifications

* IT Cloud Services


Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in computer science, sciences, engineering, math, or related field. Preferred: Masters of Science in computer science, sciences, engineering, or related field.


Active or current TS/SCI with CI polygraphed (preferred).
