### Summary
The Management Operations Directorate, Procurement Operations Division (Code 210) seeks a individual to serve as a Secretary assisting the Source Evaluation Board (SEB) facility. This position will lead and perform office support work and coordinate extensive office activities.

This position is being announced in conjunction with a Merit Promotion vacancy announcement number GS18C0090. Current and former Federal employees, disabled Veterans, candidates with 3 or more years of active duty military service, and candidates eligible for special hiring authorities wishing to be considered under merit promotion procedures may apply. Only one position will be filled as a result of these two vacancy announcements.

### Responsibilities
You will coordinate logistical arrangements to support multiple source board activities. You will independently analyze the needs of each evaluation board, coordinates room assignments, and provide guidance on safety policies and emergency procedures. You will maintain necessary office supplies and furnishings, prepare and process requests for supplies and office furnishings, coordinate delivery dates, and obtain printing services in support of source board activities. You will prepare a variety of correspondence, forms, and reports relevant to the organization s management. You will evaluate and advise on procedures for providing and enhancing office administrative support. You will initiates development of new or revised administrative policies and procedures necessary for efficient administrative functioning of the SEB facility. You will provide the SEB Managers with the necessary information needed to make decisions on the administrative aspects of the SEB operations and management.
You will provide administrative and clerical assistance to the supervisor who has responsibility for providing administrative oversight for the SEB facility, processes and activities and also provides administrative and clerical assistance to two SEB managers. You will relieve the supervisor of concern with matters associated with the functioning of the SEB facility and provides day-to-day administrative management of the flow of SEB business activities requiring supervisor or SEB Managers attention. You will serves as the focal point for the SEB facility ensuring and facilitating the orderly flow of business activities into and out of the Facility. You will manages the day-to-day office operations for the SEB. You are responsible for tracking and assisting visitors and board members, and ensuring rooms have necessary security access, supplies and materials.

You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade GS-6, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position
described above.
Specialized experience is defined as leading and performing office support work; coordinating logistical arrangements to support multiple activities; verifying and/or extracting information contained in documents; maintaining various procurement files or automated systems.
