About the Job


Our client, a well-known construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator to report directly to their Vice President of Project Management.- This role will be responsible for the following:
-- Overseeing Project Management Assistance and Schedule Coordination for Project Management Staff
-- Project paperwork handling and documentation- and communication of project status, changes, and issues/concerns.
-- Coordinating project meetings
-- Project cost management/oversight
-- Project budget and progress tracking and reporting
-- Updating daily project schedules in Excel.

Working hours: 8am-5pm M-F

-- Able to successfully interface and communicate with clients, general contractors and team leads.
-- You respond proactively and initiate resolution to issues that may arise during a project cycle.
-- You work effectively with internal and external resources to achieve job schedule and profitability.
-- You foster team-work with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to help others when needed.
-- Demonstrate competency in utilizing company software and computer equipment.
-- High level Outlook and Excel usage, required.
-- Knowledge of timberline/sage software preferred.
