Busy tax preparer and financial services firm located in Rockville, MD seeks a full-time Office Manager/Executive Assistant to manage small personal
services office. Ideal candidate will like to be busy and will be required to handle multiple tasks in a small, friendly environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answer telephones
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare correspondence and manage emails
• Manage and maintain company calendar including scheduling and confirming client appointments
• Filing of client records
• Accounting and billing using Quickbooks software
• Scanning of client documents and subsequent electronic filing
• Hands on support for remote Operations Specialists for investment advisory business
• Manage technology with support from IT team

• Three to five years’ professional office experience required, financial services firm experience a plus
• Microsoft Office experienced including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Quickbooks required
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Must be organized, efficient and detail oriented


Full-time, 40-hour work week
Holiday pay – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
Sick leave accrues at 3 days per year beginning immediately
Vacation – one week beginning in the 2nd year; After three years, two weeks’ vacation will be awarded

Salary commensurate with experience
