Job Description

We are in search of an organized and energetic Administrative Assistant who thrives in a highly active sales environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the Sales Cycle process from inbound business opportunities, through project preparation and delivery, to customer follow up and advocacy during Sales Cycle. This position will provide direct support to Director of Business Development and team with process drivers to accomplish tasks. Candidate must excel with internal and external communication channels via telephone, email and message board platforms.

Responsibilities


Receive and pre-screen new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and coordinated outbound lead generation, initiate Sales Cycle actions
Identify customer expectations and provide customer advocacy throughout Sales Cycle
Verification of customer facing documents for accuracy and consistency to company directives
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of customer account records
Review and update company database systems for products, sales opportunities and contact information
Communicate with channel partners / vendors to identify available product and services
Partner with internal resources to meet daily and on-going company goals

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communications
Dependable organizational skills for data and document retention
Proficiency with web-tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent and proactive research skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role is dependent on the applicant's experience and ranges from $25K to $35K.
