Looking for a full:time administrative support person to work in an office environment who is detail oriented, takes initiative, enjoys working with people, ability to multi:task, good communication skills and punctual.
:Organizing materials for the funeral directors
:Respond to questions on both company website and Social media
:Posting on social media and company website
:Preparing day of service information
:Register books, prayer cards, arrangement folders
:Managing and updating the website.
:On a day to day basis, this position will help with answering phones
:Interacting with clients who walk:in and those who have appointments.
