BrightSide Management IS CURRENTLY LOOK FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE TO FILL OUR CLIENT SERVICES POSITION
Are you excited about starting a career in the growing Marketing industry? Do you have a knack for social media? Our busy Marketing firm is looking for a Marketing associate to work on the following tasks:

:Provides timely, relevant and actionable financial results and metrics along with commentary to your business partner and executive management.
:Develops accurate forecasts based on current business partner plans, including potential risks and opportunities, along with input on remediating the risks, exploiting the opportunities and otherwise optimizing results.
:Delivers thoughtful, intelligent analysis and related financial considerations to potential business decisions.
:Facilitate and support clients objectives within the organization.
:Develops and implements new and/or improved F,P and A processes and reports aimed at increasing the value F,P and A provides to the organization.
:Assists in the development and administration of the annual budget process.
:Assists with corporate F,P and A responsibilities, on an as needed basis. Responsibilities may include assistance with management presentations, M and A analysis, system implementations and periodic reporting requirements.

:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
:5+ years of experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
:Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Navision a plus.
:Must have good problem solving and communication skills and a focus on business partnering.
:Must be highly organized and detail:oriented.
:Must be able to work independently, take initiative and complete tasks to deadline.
:Must possess the ability to identify and communicate solutions to complex, time:critical or recurring business issues.

* Customer Service* Create and post blog entries on the Institutes blog
* Respond to all direct messages from social media followers in accordance to our institutes policies.
* Assist in other marketing duties as needed
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
* Experience with the business use social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
* A good understanding of web analytics and web designing
* Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all
* Possess team spirit and be able to interact professionally and otherwise with other members of staff
* Ability to communicate excellently both in written and verbal forms (will request writing samples from candidates)
* Possess top class Internet proficiency
* Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently
* Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and top level professionalism.
